Cube + Stairs + Garden

As a basic element to this design, exists the proportion. The Golden Section allowed for continuous architectural manipulations  that resulted in a profound geometrical effect. Infinite combinations of said proportion created the concept of a cube that poured its facade to the interior.  In addition, the vertical circulation of the stairs acquired the same essence with continous bands that follow the person to the top. In locating the cube with stairs on the garden, the Golden Section allowed for an exploration of the form that resulted in two types of interventions on the nature of the contemplative garden. The contraction  was used as a geometrical distortion that multiplied the effect of reflection of the cube on the landscape; and the extrution was used to create inhabitable cavities in the negative.
