This project was already shaped by three main institutions: the Regional Government of Los Rios, INNFA (National Institute for Childhood and Family) and the Kimberly Clark Corporation.

The main objective was to create a new space for the youth population of Los Rios to learn about society and community values through recreational activities.

One of the purposes was to incorporate entities such as Ministries and non-governmental organizations to help fund the project. Local communities were asked to be involved to decide the cultural activities that were needed in the area.

Design Guidelines:

• Recycling of the main buildings creating multifunctional, flexible and bioclimatic spaces.
• The use of alternative construction materials and technology.
• Reforestation and recuperation of the river.
• Sustainability as an enabler of productivity.
