The Southern California Orthopedic Institute is comprised of a clinic, physical therapy, and outpatient surgery wings.  SCOI is currently located in Van Nuys and seek to create another branch.  This proposal is for SCOI in Pomona that would collaboratively work with the Pomona Valley Hospital.  The difficulty in this project was to separate each of the functions of the Orthopedic Institute while also organizing them to work cohesively.  This project was also an exercise in calculating potential LEED status and utilizing eQUEST to perform building energy use calculations.
