Office No. 10 - Smart City, Malta

Office No. 10 is a 7-storey building with glass and concrete facade that features clean and unassuming design. Lower level contains restaurant, coffee shops, lobby, and utilities. While much of the remaining floors are intended for office spaces. The design approach was conceived from scratch, with the plot ratio as guideline for the overall building area and the intention to achieve LEED credit point (SS) for the site building footprint. As design progresses, overall site character were factored in, and thus, Office No. 10 has to stay within the range of design language.
