The site is located in meat packing district in NY.

The overall block and street is changed through this site.  We thought this feature can be a transition point to gather people for various activity and also connect the context nearby.

Our concept for design museum is based on three feature.

One is Transition between context(or people) and museum and second is transition between exhibition spaces and the other spaces. 
The last one is the new museum has  apertures and opening at certain point. These can be a photoframe(or art piece) to put context or landscape by one’s movement and view.
