The complex is constructed through the structural penetration of layered plans: marina, parking and workspace. Each layers structural components extrude at an 72 degree angle, projecting through each consecutive layer, ultimately residing at the roof where it is cut at an 18 degree slope for runoff. The produced directional variations created by each floors extrusion produces dynamic spaces in which program and circulation are implemented.
The roof is comprised of multiple lighting scenarios: direct lighting, indirect lighting and shade conditions. Each condition is organized as a module condition, the aggregation of which comprising the aesthetic and structure of the roof.
