The home is 3900 sf. Started with several renovations. removed old flooring replaced with marble 24x24 diagonal install with 6 inch marble baseboards. All new bathrooms.  Removed closet to give client a larger guest bedroom, replaced wall with glass block. All the walls are handpainted in custom colour finishes, in pearlized  ink. All the doors, crown and trim on marble baseboards are handpainted to look like wood. All bedding Versace. One ceiling handpainted to match Versace comforter. All lighting is Swarovski crystal. The furniture is Versace, Century to a dinning room table made of wood from the gueens garden.
