The purpose of this project is to create a block completely off the grid using a renewable energy source (Geo-Thermal Power Plant) and compatible package of components

A block where energy is local, and residential units are not only consumers but also collectors. Physical form of block elements is in response and dialogues with the symbol of the block .The Renewable Energy Power Plant, proximity to the light rail helps create density and promote place making. Walkabilty is not the idea of being able to walk, but attracted to walk through creating the safe, no through traffic, playful pathways, and interesting environment. The block includes, Energy power plant, different types of housings, Pocket Park, Light Rail Stop Station and underground parking lot.
