A design competition to develop the concept for a multiple-use building with facilities for commercial, retail and residential purposes to be built in Guaynabo, PR near the train station and adjacent to Martinez Nadal Highway.

Concept:

The design proposal was strategically developed to maximize the land space and to allow for the residential areas to be opposite to the highway to minimize the noise.  A terraced building is proposed for a tropical and vegetative architectural concept. The residential towers are placed towards the northeast to maximize the light and the breeze. The first and second floor of the building are reserved for commercial spaces with an open space that serves as a patio.
