The Birch Mansion, a student services building on the Ramapo campus, was in dire need of landscape renovations. With limited budget, MKW team members came up with a design that was both complementary to the site and existing building. I was closely involved with this project from the very beginning of the design process through completion in early 2011. I assisted in the preparation of contract documents, cost estimates, shop drawing approvals and LASI’s while attending regular meetings with the client and contractor.
