Gardner + Pope Architects, 1999

I was the designer and Project Architect for this 3-storey, 42,000 s.f. speculative office building.  Cost was an important factor as usual.  The building's skin goes through a hierarchical progression between glass curtain wall to veneer brick with punched windows as one goes from the entrance, around the sides to the back.

Leftover brick stock was used to compose the building's street sign.
