Design-Build house based on the book by Kerry Jacobs to be built as a vacation home. This was a collaboration studio for Rich Reinhardt Construction. This particular project started by looking at the prototype of the shipping container house.

By using and implementing standard ready made building systems as well as recyclable materials and donated building materials the building formed a stacked house built for the Vermont ski country. This project was eventually finished, combined and construction documented to actually be built and constructed for $100 per sq. foot.
