Costa Mesa High School wanted to add a theater that would offer a unique extracurricular program separate from the other schools in the district.  As their current theater is lacking in space and resources, this theater is going to give CMHS a facility that will be a landmark for the district and revitalize the school’s performing arts and music program. 

My responsibilities:
Project coordinator/draftsman

- Coordinating consultant meetings to assure full integration of all systems through building information modeling on Revit

- Meeting with the district to assure MVEI and the consultants meet the owner’s project standards

- Preparing construction documents for DSA Plan Check to assure the project meets fire access, structural and accessibility codes.
