In August 2007, the Hathaway Dinwiddie construction company broke ground for the new Social and Behavioral Sciences building. Fully operational in fall 2009, the new 78,000 square foot building houses segments of both the School of Social Sciences and the School of Social Ecology. The lower level has bee outfitted for the future installation of MRI equipment.
