Project Manager while at Harley Ellis Devereaux.  The project was a joint effort with Robert Stern as the Design firm and HED as the Executive Architect.  Project consisted of  new, independent, City Hall and Library buildings.  This was a design/bid/build project at a cost of $37 million.
