Pantin beach hotel

The beach of Pantin is a place known for surf lovers. Every year one of the world championship trials takes place in this beach. The surroundings are not too damaged by the aggressive building process of the Galician coast. There is a complex of dunes and marshes of a certain biological and landscape interest.
A small hotel with 30 rooms that addresses the needs of potential customers regarding the practice of this sport is a challenge, even more in this environment.
Two cases rely on the landscape, discreet, quiet. A place to observe the landscape.
The building is organized around a courtyard that shelter from strong winds. The lower box houses all public uses of the hotel, over this box is located the upper one containing the bedrooms. All rooms have the same sea views and the same functional scheme to suit the needs of surfers.
Interaction spaces with different characteristics and levels of privacy are a priority in the design of the hotel.
