The Ives Architectural Studio.  Project Manager. The project was completed under the authority of the New Jersey Schools Development Authority.  The School is 72,000 sf.  The project cost is approxiately $8 million. 

Project administration responsibilities included being point of contact with the NJSDA and the project management firm, URS.  The scope of the project included masonry and terra cotta facade restoration, and window replacement of this 1911 constructed elementary school with historic architectural qualities. 

Tasks included coordination of preservation consultant, structural engineer, the MEP, and environmental engineer. Specific tasks included field investigations of windows, masonry and roof conditions;  complete documentation of details and specifiactions, and submission to the NJ Department of Community Affiars, and complete construction administration.
