This structure is conceived of as a rift in the landscape along the shore of a lake.
The indoor pool has a sod-covered roof that creates a lawn and playing field above.
The glass on one long side of the pool faces the lake, and on the other, a protected
sunken courtyard. The experience of the pool and its adjoining spaces is as much
about being in the landscape as it is about viewing it.
