Reconstruction of a derelict one-story garage building in Tribeca as an art studio and
gallery. The street level will be a flexible exhibition and work space lit by a roof
constructed of translucent polycarbonate panels. A curtain of woven stainless steel fabric
can be raised and lowered over the glass façade for privacy, sun control and security. The
basement will house an art conservation and storage facility.
