I remodeled a unit in a seaside apartment building.

During the process I produced AutoCAD plans and elevations, created a physical model of the residence and helped the client choose furniture, paint and floor coverings.

I also integrated my client’s antiques and treasured pieces into the space.

Halfway through the remodel my clients decided they wanted to live somewhere else so we shifted gears from remodeling a home to staging the co-op for resale.
