For this client I produced demolition and filing drawings so he can remodel a townhouse he purchased in Park Slope.

The project gave me great experience in the inner workings of the DOB and a great respect for the work expeditors do.

My client stripped the house to the studs and I helped him plan a rear expansion.

I also designed a greenroof and greywater system to help my client achieve his goal of living more sustainably.
