Situated on 156 acres on the Coast of Cambodia, this mixed-use development Master Plan aims to take full advantage of the waterfront via a promenade walk and marinas, while dividing the site into
two zones: active and passive.  The passive zone includes a hospital, school, elderly housing, eco-tourism destinations and high-end residential homes.  The active zone contains a casino,
shopping and restaurants, as well as water sports and other tourist activities.  This proposal took about 2 weeks to produce. My responsibilities included design in collaboration with Khai Toh, 3D modeling, rendering and drawings.
