In this academic competition the Architecture and Construction Management departments teamed up, forming small offices/studios to gain experience and understanding of the Design-Build project delivery method, the challenge, to develop an affordable housing model for an aging population. Our approach simulated the single family housing environment; cozy, inviting and community centered. As the "Project Architect" I was charged with developing the design.
