Building -wide restoration of this New York City Landmark which interfaced with every unit in the building. Working in concert with the Coop Board, NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission and the overseeing the general contractor and coordianting amonst the tenant-shareholders, this mult-year effort was the first building-wide restoration project in 110 years.
