An attempt at creating a self sustaining living environment in downtown Detroit so as to allow residents the ability to live within a 2 block radius.  This is a true urban living experience that no longer requires an automobile.  Integrating green design, surrounding context, and an existing building has resulted in an exciting yet practical design for the area.
