We participate in a private competition for an urban proposal, we studied three types of building, increasing its density, so as to create a complex with the regulation expected.

The less density was placed near the old tradicional town, surrounded by trees, and it increases along to the part more hard of urbanization and less green, which was thought for big structures such as hotels or public services.
