This was a classroom project chosen by me for the purpose of expressing my artistic talent as an artist and to learn the tools and methods of the trade for enhancing my abilities in Architectural design.

I was under the tutorial of Professor Ray Atzet at San Bernardino Valley College based on their Architectural curriculum.

My work was used  as an example to his students for excellent technique and perspective in Architectural rendering and design. His comments included good perspective, excellent eye for detail and correct light direction.

This was hand drawn with pencil on professional artist grade acid free paper.
