This project attempts to visualize some of the spaces and structures that we could create under a new zeitgeist that merges recreational activities with Infrastructure.  Here, the ballooning volumes, twisting tentacles, and fluid-like truss systems of a speculative water tower provide great possibilities for play and exercise, as a vertical hierarchy of space that contrasts with the norm for the city.
