While in school, designed a project for a kindergarten and community center. Specific challenges included; children's safety while building could be used for community events, common spaces used by both user groups, entry to the building for parents picking up or dropping off children in potential inclement weather, designing a building that would teach the children about green design initiatives in the building and designing spaces that could relate to both children and adults.
