Conceptual design and development, presentation ,working drawing and site co-ordination for a Mr. Adil Dumasia's  Custom residence at Lavasa City near Pune , India which is a hill station planned by HOK, USA. 

The site is sloping and enjoys the river view and the panaromic view of the mountains. The house is proposed to be a 2100 sft built up space with 3 bedrooms and nice terraces to enjoy the view.
