A design project done under the guise of real project managers and developers, to create a mixed-use building in Chicago’s Printers Row which could satisfy all of their needs for affordable construction with a high return on investment.  At the same time, the project was meant to satisfy unrelated, often contradictory pure architectural notions of aesthetics and design.  Under self-directed research, the design conformed to all standing code requirements.  All matters of cost, scheduling, structure, HVAC, and other integrated building components were addressed, for a wholly comprehensive project.
