This project was submitted for the national ULI/Hines Urban Design Competition. It gave me an extraordinary amount of experience collaborating with landscape architects, urban planners, and financial coordinators. The final submission for this site was a complete presentation for the ULI/Hines board of judges. Following that submission I produced a complete book highlighting the financial feasibility, cultural, multi-modal, waste, energy, water, and community features of the site.
