Vehicle approach towards parking entrance would be accessible from Holloway Drive while pedestrian approach would be accessible mainly along Sunset Boulevard.

SOLUTION
The conceptual idea of differential faciality reflects on three different surface layers; exterior, mid and inner layer. The interstitial spaces among layers are defined as means of circulations, main gathering area and supporting units.
The multiple facialization results in various phases of layers, creating boundaries on the exterior surface as well as interior partitions. This complexity of the building faciality will imply private vs. public spaces, core vs. secondary programmatic areas and transparent vs. opaque surface.
