This Housing project was proposed for a site adjacent to the Dallas Arts District in an area of upscale mixed use development. The apartments were designed as unique upper scale retirement and business homes for individuals with grown children.
The interior spaces were designed with indirect light soffits throughout and a neutral color palette. The details included high quality finishes, such as marble and granite.
