1 Hotel & Residences is LEED registered and has been featured in many publications such as Vanity Fair’s Green Issue. It incorporates sustainable features such as green roofs, living walls, and high performance glazing.
Was brought onto the project at CDs and helped make the drawing set better coordinated, more efficient and drawing an extensive amount of the details myself, including the isometric details shown here.
