The Residential Tower is accommodated with office spaces a restaurant, health center, day care, and a community theater. this building provides support to the community of its occupants as well as extends out to the surrounding community of Brooklyn heights and DUMBO. 

The restaurant would reach out and employ City-Tech Students of Hospitality Management department and the theater would reach out the students of media arts as well as artists of the surrounding Brooklyn districts.
