The park is located north of the future site of the California High Speed Rail Terminal. This Park and structures on it, celebrate the rich agricultural and rail history of Sacramento. This project was purely conceptual in nature and got high reviews from the Mayor's office of Sacramento, Kevin Johnson.  Major design goals for the park were to showcase the latest and greatest in Sustainable technologies, using the existing structure on the site and link the site back to the city.
