In our 5th year of architecture at LSU, four of us were selected to design a new facade for The School of Architectures Office. In just 5 months we were tasked with designing, finding funding, and building a new office front. We designed a wooden frame structure, clad in poly carbonate, and mechanized be a steel counter weight system. The project was completed just in time for graduation, and to this day remains the only permanent structure on LSU’s campus designed by students.
