Busan World Lotte, Busan, Korea – Participated in creating winning competition design package for Asia’s next tallest tower for Korean conglomerate Lotte Co.  In SD, refined tower massing with SOM Chicago engineering division; retrofitted new retail base design to existing structure and foundation.  Coordinated with MEP/Sustainability/Structural engineers and Lighting/Landscape designers.
Project Details: 126 story super tower (1,628’ tall); 2.6 million sqft; mixed use: retail/office/ hotel/condos.
Seifullina Place, Almaty, Kazakhstan – Development project consisting of 3 residential towers, 2 office towers, and retail base.
