The challenge to this apartment combination and renovation was to carefully allow for the integration of two one bedroom apartment and their  public corridor into one apartment.  The goal was to integrate each new space into the grand master plan.

Some of the highlights of the design included a top of the line customized chef's kitchen with a banquette and bar area, two bedrooms for future kids, a guest/studio bedroom and master bedroom. Dining, living room, and laundry and a state of the art sound and video equipment installation throughout the entire apartment.
