This was a concept for a storage facility for U-Store-It.  After seeing that most of the storage units were not "community friendly" and seemed to be located outside of most residential areas, I thought that maybe a more residential feel to their outside storage units would be more inviting to residents and give them an opportunity to integrate more seamlessly into a residential neighborhood without that same commercial feel.
