These drawings were completed during a sketching course while studying for a year in Alexandria, Virginia.  Freehand sketches were done around the DC area in places such as Arlington Cemetery and the Reagan International Airport.  Basic proportion, scale and shading techniques were used to sketch surroundings on site.
