This project was designed to engage the students in material selection and documentation while drafting a set of construction documents. I went through catalogs and chose cladding for my facade and which curtain wall systems I wanted to use. I had to choose an elevator system and follow the specifications regarding the model I chose. Each student was given a different floor to floor height, building location and soil conditions which forced differing sets of codes to follow. All building had to be up to the standards of the IBC. 

I completed this project using AutoCAD 2009
