This project addressed the growing need for digital technology and /communication access in the designated urban community. The project was for mixed use, with the majority of the spaces meant for assembly and institutional.
The Cyber Cafe gave university students and local residents the opportunity to engage in newer technologies, through instruction, social (events or casual meetings), and monitored usage.
Program and form combined to create a fluid nature for both space and construction. Fluidity was the goal in user function and the visual expression of the busy street it bordered.
