ARCHITECTURAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Consultation:
Determination of client's needs/desires;discussion of budgets, schedules and expectations.

Entitlements management administration:
Collaboration w/ david forbes hibbert in early education and information of project to Santa Monica development departments, such as:
- Santa Monica Planning
- Santa Monica City Council
- Santa Monica Building & Safety collaboration with client's real estate attorney for stakeholder management,
- Negotiation of Development Agreement drawing development:
Management of Autodesk Revit drawing development
Management of permit acquisition
