Sleep is a biological necessity that involves the voluntary and involuntary body. Sleep is universal yet is specific to place and culture. It is personal and private yet impersonal and determined by and regulated by time. This park proposed to be located in the East Village of New York City takes the idea of somewhat impersonal sleeping and provides a remote center where the individual can develop their profound powers. A park which also incorporates two other wonderful aspects; the idea of play and the culture of cinema. Rock like structures are built for one's curiosity to climb, explore, sleep, enjoy the sun and surrounding area or watch a movie.
