ž   Design Director: Complete responsibility for initial design concepts through contract & tender documents for all projects. Experienced in leading large teams of professional consultants and coordinating the disciplines required to achieve the design goal.

ž   Design management: Extensive experience leading design process from conception through close out.

• Design analysis: Extensive experience working with structural, mechanical and electrical engineers to achieve the design concept goals and understand the code implications for projects in the USA, Asia and the Middle East. And also have comprehensive understanding of how buildings are constructed and how to detail them.

ž   Project planning and program analysis: Ability to understand intricate client programs, develop objectives and value engineer client’s requirements.

ž   Proposal: Conducted prequalification documents and experience in contracts and budgeting.

• Construction Administrations:
  • Supervising and coordinating all architectural & construction activities involved with renovation, creation of new office space as well as retails.
  • Inspect completed work & coordinate consultants to prepare list of defective works, corrective actions and schedule of rectification periods.
