The mission was to create an urban intervention somewhere in Blacksburg in a location that was not being used to its fullest potential. The idea was to allow for interaction between water and scale. The central area is a stage for community meetings and small concerts. It radiates outwards in a circular pattern. The large blocks of varying sizes act as many things including planter boxes, seats, and small water fountains where the water cascades from the top of the blocks.
