Hotel schematic and rendering: My first schematic design assignment at Chon Engineering was to provide the schmatic pages that has each floor interior design.

By spending 60hrs, I came up with this design set and it was sent to the owner of the Hotel.

This is my most preferred project to show my design skill.

It is on going construction too.

sk-8: As a project Manager of a construction site, 2044 Center Ave., my responsibility is to review the architect's plan, to have a field measurement, and to draw a shop drawing.

This is the sill part that is connected with the curtain wall assembly. However, the architect has a lack of experience of performing this kind of cladding system, so I came out of this solutive sketch by my self.

This is my most current CAD detail that I drew all by my self.
