A traveling restaurant barge holds the shape of 16’ x 100’ while moving for two weeks, and to whatever
shape desired while stationary. The shape of the skin and envelope of the restaurant replicates water;
the programming and movement is similar to a wave frozen in time. The kitchen is surrounded in a glass case, as if it were on display in a museum.
